Shipping

Products are made to order and ship within 1–5 business days of your order by USPS Priority Mail. We ship to US addresses only. Shipping is charged at checkout.

If we can’t ship within that time, we’ll email you a new date before it passes, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Returns

You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. You pay return shipping, and the original shipping charge isn’t refunded. Email hello@dbcapture.com to start a return.

One-year limited warranty

DB Capture warrants the 3D-printed parts of its products against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from delivery, to the original buyer.

If a printed part fails under normal use during that year, we’ll replace it or refund what you paid for it, at our choice. To make a claim, email us your order details and a photo of the part.

The warranty doesn’t cover damage from drops or impact, overloading, heat, modification, misuse, or normal wear, and it doesn’t cover purchased hardware or accessories made by others.

Check that the light is locked to the grip and the thumbscrew is tight before each use. Use the grip only with the heads it’s made for.

Replacement or refund of the part is the only remedy under this warranty. DB Capture isn’t responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including damage to lights, modifiers, stands or other equipment used with the product. This doesn’t limit liability for personal injury.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Trademarks

Profoto and its product names are trademarks of Profoto AB. Peplink, Inseego and other brand and product names are trademarks of their owners. DB Capture is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them. These names are used only to describe which equipment our products work with.

Privacy

This site doesn’t use advertising trackers or cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies.

Payments are handled by Square on its own checkout page; we never see your card details. We receive your name, email, shipping address and order details from Square and use them only to fill and support your order. We don’t sell or share them, except with the carrier to deliver your order.
